Gluten Free Banana Pudding

GF Banana Pudding 🍌 🥄

Ingredients
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups of ice cold water
One pack of instant vanilla pudding mix 
3 cups heavy cream
One box of @mydadscookies Vanilla Grahams
4-5 bananas sliced

Steps
1. In stand mixer, whisk the condensed milk and water on medium speed until well combined. Add the pudding mix and beat until there are no lumps and the mixture is smooth. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl, cover and refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour or overnight.
2. whip the heavy cream for about 1 minute, until the cream starts to thicken, then increase the speed and whip until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.
3. while the mixer is on low speed, slowly add the pudding mixture. Mix until well blended and no streaks of pudding are left.
4. Get a bowl and start assembling. Start with the pudding on the bottom. Spread one-third of the pudding over the bottom and layer with one-third of the cookies and one-third of the sliced bananas Repeat the layering twice more. End with a final layer of pudding. Garnish the top with additional cookies and banana.
5. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours. This dessert is best served within 12 hours of layering it.
