Chocolate Sandwich Truffles

Ingredients:

1 box My Dad's Cookies Chocolate Sandwiches
3 tbsp cream cheese (dairy free or regular)
1 cup white chocolate
1 cup semi sweet chocolate

Steps:
Start by adding your Chocolate Sandwich cookies to a food processor and blend until crumbly
Place your crushed cookies in a bowl then add cream cheese.
Mix it up until it feels like a dough then form balls and place on a parchment lined pan.
Pop them into the freezer for about 20-30 minutes to harden.
Melt your chocolate, dip and drizzle!

Chill until chocolate hardens then INDULGE!!
